The course MARDOL will enable the learners to develop skills and competencies to understand the various issues, problems and challenges related Rural Society and address them effectively. The course will provide opportunities in various national and international development organisations, government sectors, providing avenues for employment in various developmental projects/schemes/programmes run by governmental organisations/industries and corporate. Various national level organisations like NABARD, CSWB, CAPART, etc. provide employment opportunities to the Rural Development professions. Even many corporate/industries also recruit rural development professional for their corporate social responsibility projects. International organisation like UNICEF, UNDP, World Bank, DFID, WHO, VSAID also provide employment to the rural development professionals. Besides that it also provides opportunity to serve the downtrodden and marginalized sections of the society.
The course is also meticulously designed to develop entrepreneurial skills among the learners so that they can be self dependent in undertaking entrepreneur activity in the rural areas.
